Your Weight Journey and Your Fertility

We all have different shapes and sizes. And there’s growing awareness that we can enhance health and well-being in every body.

Medicine is slowly (albeit VERY SLOWLY) moving towards being patient-centered vs being weight-centered, with studies showing that weight alone is not a good indicator of a patient’s health. The Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) promotes “Health at Every Size” that centers around: Balanced eating, life enhancing physical activity, and respect for diversity.

Do you feel like you are at your optimal health state going into your fertility journey, regardless of the number on the scale?
